Mitch, my family and Nikki (another Cool Instructor!) And
one of the best places to learn to surf is in Hanalei bay. Of course it helps
to have a good instructor, especially if you have never surfed before. Having
the right instructor can make the difference between having a perfect day and
defeat.
While eating at one of our favorite burger places (Duane’s Ono Burger) on the
North Shore we met Mitch and his wife. After talking a while we found out they
owned Hawaiian Surfing Adventures and decided to get some lessons the next day.
We were glad we did, we found Mitch and his crew to be very patient instructors,
and very much enjoyed our day in the surf. Mitch stayed out in the water until
everyone was comfortable on their board.

qualified to give you a hand your first time up, and our whole family can
